A man is arrested for murder but escapes and becomes a bandit to clear his name and find the real killers.

Seth Laxmi Narayan and his wife had a son who was separated at an early age. The only clue they have is that he has a locket around his neck. When Laxmi Narayan passes away, he leaves behind a lot of money and wealth. His wife makes efforts to locate her long-lost son, with the help of her relative, Durjan Singh. Durjan Singh hires a local thug, Birju, and asks him to pose as the long-lost son, for a hefty price, to which he agrees. Mrs. Narayan welcomes Birju as her son, and accepts him, little knowing his agenda, and the evil scheme devised by Durjan Singh and his son.

Anand, the grandson of a rich businessman, walks out of his home to avoid an arranged marriage. But his grandfather goes to great lengths to bring the boy back, even if it means exploiting the sore spots of Anand's newfound lady love.

Heera has two passions in his life, namely his love for Reema, an air-hostess, and photography. When Reema passes away during an airplane accident, Heera is left with only passion in life - photography. Srivastav, who runs his own business. Little does Neelam know that Heeralal is not who he claims to be, but is in fact, a burglar named Heera who is after the crown of Lord Krishna, and is just feigning romance with Neelam so that he can get close to her and find out how to steal the crown, give it to his boss, Pratap Singh, who in turn, will sell it to Sheikh Bin Sheikh. The only problem facing Heera is his arch-rival, Moti, who will never let Heera steal the crown. The two must face each other, before they attempt to steal the crown. Watch as events unfold and who, in fact, will manage to steal the crown.

Two sets of twins, both named Heeralal and Pannalal, set out in search of love and adventure, quite unaware of the presence of the other set.
